On 12th April 2009 Praying Mantis shot a promo video for new track “The Lonely Way Home”. This track was originally announce as “Turn The Tide” and is from the new album “Sanctuary”.
The video was shot at MusicTek in London.

Richie Day is the keyboard player on the video. It is hoped he will be playing with the band on future live dates.
I have been a Praying Mantis fan since I first heard "Captured City" on Metal for Muthas. Time Tells No Lies has always been on of my favourite albums and I was overjoyed when I first discovered it was out on CD. I didn't know what had happened after the first album until in about 1994 I discovered "A Cry For The New World". I was worried about getting it as I thought it had to be a disappointment but I was wrong. I loved it and have followed the band and maintained this website ever since.

Despite having grown up through the NWOBHM era, loving every minute, I cannot remember ever having heard anything by you guys – live or recorded. I’d heard OF you, just not stuff BY you.
Well, that’s now changed – this track is awesome. I’ll be watching for the release now i’ve heard this and will be looking into your back-catalogue as well.
